Are you the right coach for me?

Finding the right coach is a unique experience - not all coaches are suitable for everyone, and no one person will fit every single coaching approach. It can be hard to tell without getting to know one another and diving deeper into your goals. That’s why I'm offering free discovery sessions – this way we can both determine if it's a good match!

Do I get anything else between our coaching sessions?

Absolutely! no significant change can be done with only one hour a week. you will get your own client portal where you will have all the forms and tools to use in between sessions. everything from the intake process, to onboarding, progress tracking, follow-ups, and scheduled activities will be at your fingertips. you will also have access to a direct chat line with me in between sessions if you come up with questions. you will also have the option to download my app to use your client portal.

What is expected of me to achieve results?

That's a great question. 😊 You have to be on time and ready for your sessions. You have to be committed to doing the work. I will provide you with the work needed to significantly improve your life, and I will hold you accountable for it, but you have to do the work. Just like an athlete and her/ his coach, achieving significant improvement is solely dependent on the athlete and the work she/ he puts in to achieve the goals given. We will work together in finding what your goals are, what holds you back, and how to achieve those goals.

What's with the significantly discounted rates?

Though I have been coaching, consulting, and training individuals and groups for many years, I am currently in training to get certified as a life coach. Until I will have the official certification, and while I'm in school, I decided to charge much less than I will after getting officially certified.

Where are the coaching sessions conducted?

All one-on-one coaching sessions and group sessions are conducted online through Google Meet. You don't need to have a Google account or anything of the like. You will get a link once you book your sessions. all you have to do at the time of your session is click the link and we will be immediately connected.
